Consignee and notify party details
Commodity descriptions, HS/HTS codes, vehicle VIN numbers
Vehicle titles, bills of sale, and ownership documents
Booking details, invoices, payment history

Technical Data

Pages visited, session duration, referral sources

2. How We Use Your Information

Processing bookings, generating bills of lading, and managing shipments
Filing AES/EEI with U.S. Census Bureau and CBP as required by law
Filing ISF (Importer Security Filing) and customs documentation
Generating invoices, processing payments, and managing your account
Communicating shipment status, booking confirmations, and service updates

Ocean carriers (MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, etc.) for booking and transport
U.S. Government agencies — CBP, Census Bureau, OFAC (legally required)
Destination customs authorities for import clearance

Payment processors for secure transaction handling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Export records (AES/EEI): Minimum 5 years as required by 15 CFR 30.10
Shipping and customs records: Minimum 5 years per CBP requirements

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Please note that certain records must be retained per U.S. export and tax regulations and cannot be deleted during the mandatory retention period.
